Triggers are the starting point of every automation rule. They watch your project 24/7 and shout “GO!” the second something you care about happens.
How Triggers work
- You pick what to watch: Task only / Subtask only / Any (both)
- You choose when it should fire
- The moment that event happens -> your workflow wakes up and runs the actions Triggers fire instantly, use your project’s timezone, and never sleep.
Available Triggers
Here’s list of triggers, you can use:
