Delete Client

In 5day.io, you can delete a client if it is no longer needed in your system.

Steps to Delete a Client:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click on Clients from the sidebar.
  3. You will see a list of all the clients created.
  4. Find the client you want to delete.
  5. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the client's name.
  6. Select Delete from the dropdown options.
  7. A confirmation box will appear asking for final confirmation.
  8. Click Confirm to proceed with deleting the client.

Important Notes:

  • If a client is associated with any project, it cannot be deleted.
    You must first remove or reassign the associated projects before deleting the client.
  • Deleting a client is permanent and cannot be undone.
