Delete Status Workflow

Overview

Deleting a Status Workflow removes it from the workspace.

A Status Workflow cannot be deleted if it is mapped to a Task Type.

How to Delete Status Workflow

1. Log in to 5day.io.
2. Go to the workspace where you want to delete the Status Workflow.
3. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the workspace name.
4. Click Workspace Settings.
5. Click Customization.
6. Click Status Workflow.
7. Locate the Status Workflow you want to delete.
8. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the workflow name.
9. Click Delete.
10. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation popup.

Note: If the workflow is mapped to a Task Type, it cannot be deleted.

The system shows the message: Could not delete workflow as it is mapped to a Task Type.

To delete it, go to Workspace Settings → Customization → Task Type, remove the workflow mapping, and then delete the workflow.
